Nathan recently built my parents house and I would never recommend him to to anyone! I have been in commercial construction for 18 years managing large projects and I am surprised that Nathan is still in business based lack of professionalism, quality, and overall client relationships. His lack of communication and response to fixing issues has been non existent. My parents have been living in their home for two months and there are still numerous issues that need to be fixed that he is aware of and wont even return a simple phone call to provide a timeline when these items will be fixed. I performed inspections throughout the project and the corners that he cut and outright lies he told my parents was unbelievable. Save yourself the headaches and hire a professional contractor!!

Extreme lack of communication which lead to a lot of wasted time, money, and resources. Once his quote was handed in (10 months later) and all materials were picked out per his request, we never heard back from him.
