I've stayed here through work a couple of times over the last 3 years. It's in a great location, but the hotel is in a very poor state.The rooms are dirty, and poorly maintained. The A/C is often broken, and the wait to check on is longer than you'd expect.The owner seems to not want to pay for enough staff, and has one person running the front desk, as well as the Subway next door.The staff members I've dealt with have always been very nice, and very friendly, but the owner is running the place into the ground.Another bad experience I had was when I was sent to this hotel after the Sandman overbooked, I was told by Cashe Creek Motor Inn that payment had been taken care of already. I then had a call from Cashe Creek Motor Inn a month later telling me that they would be charging me for 5x rooms (despite me only booking 3), and that I would have to chase the Sandman hotel for my money.It's a poorly run business. The friendly staff should find positions at better hotels

We checked in late and got the last available room. It was scorching in the area and the room was worse - over 33 degrees! The AC didn’t work and it was unbearable. On top of that we were charged $170 for the room. I feel we were completely taken advantage of as we checked in after midnight on our way north. Won’t stay there again.

Really sweet lady, she honestly made the stay. She worked the office until 11pm and checked us in so late, then opened the subway for our breakfast, made a fresh pot of coffee for us too. Rooms were very clean, awesome blankets and pillows. Mattress was a bit firm but my spouse loved it. I would stay again just for the customer service. You can stay at a 5 star hotel but you'll always remember how the staff treated you. Staff here are a 5*

Clean room. Second floor. Was quiet, good heavy blankets Liked the enclosed(ish)parking area. Could use a deadbolt or such to make a person feel more secure inside.

It advertised a pool and the biggest reason we booked here was for said pool. We show up and pool is empty and they said it was cause it was raining. Then went into our dog friendly room" and there were wires hanging out the wall where my puppies could reach. No coffee maker or hair dryer in room. The "scenic view" was of a set of stairs. Beds hard as a rock and the water in the bathroom wouldn't stop running."

Absolutely filthy. The beds are gross and old as the building they are in. The floors were so dirty we had to mop with a towel we included a picture. You can hear the people upstairs. Every moment. The toilet ran all night. And it was double the cost of a nicer cleaner hotel down the street. I would not recommend this place. Also we had to use our bedding from our camping gear because the hotel's was full of hair and did not feel clean in anyway. The bath tub had hair in it as well. SO DISGUSTING. And for over a hundred dollars. A complete rip off.

So nice. It is a road side hotel so dont expect a million dollar chain. Rooms are clean. Carpwt looked new.. swimming pool was working and clean and so nice on hot days. Bathrooom tib looked brand new. Very well upkeep but it is a bit older. Irena was welcoming and friendly. Subway right on premise and was good. Had a working tv minifridge microwave and ac

We had 2 rooms both were clean lady at the front desk was very friendly. The motel also have a pool and small gym. Subway in the motel has very friendly staff. Overall it's good place to sleep after long drive.

Honestly if the beds were upgraded I would have zero complaints. It's your typical motel but the outside is super cute with sitting areas. The pool was available outdoors at all hours bit was freezing cold and we only stayed to sleep so wasn't able to take advantage during a nice day. The beds were as hard as a rock and probably the most uncomfortable bed I jhae ever slept in. Otherwise uts an older cute motel that needs updating. They offered breakfast at subway however we had to start traveling before it opened.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed at hands down. Bed had toilet paper in it, A/C unit was unusable unless you like the sound of a motorcycle running beside your head. Gummy‘s, pop cans and assorted garbage under the bed. Bugs and spiders throughout. No security locks on the inside only a small twist lock in the door handle. Mattress was extraordinarily firm could fill springs through it. Bathroom faucet water sprayed everywhere.
