This place is simply amazing!My mothers and grandmother were in town visiting, and my grandmothers hearing aids weren’t working. My mother and myself had never seen her new ones she got and had no clue what was wrong. After being turned down at countless places, even to just look and make sure they were turned on. However connect hearing took a quick look and new exactly what the small issue was and solved it and explained it to us in under 5 mins! Absolutely wonderful people had my mom crying tears of happiness as she hasn’t been able to talk to her mother for two days. Lots of love to these people!
