Moved some things from my home into storage as I am downsizing into a condo, Darlene was able to give me a great price for the overall move, her team was very careful with all of my belongings.Thanks for the great move Darlene.

King George moved me from Langley to Duncan..everything was good except 1 thing,missing bolts that were attached to my headboard are missing , now I cant attach it. And a handmade Christmas star broken.Ps. The bolts were never sent.

Finally sold our house then, realized how much stuff we accumulated over the last 15 years , had a couple estimated and 2 out of the three said i would need 2 trucks ie more money, to fit everything , but dar from king george said her guys could get it in one truck safely , so i decided to go with them , and couldnt believe that they fit everything in , not one item got broken , and there crew was awesome , thanks Dar , John and Jason..u guys were AWESOME, and i will pass on your number to all my family and friends..

dar and her crew were fantastic , took the stress out of our move , dar was there the whole time from loading to unloading , helped setup and organize stuff in the house as well , crew very friendly and worked miracles with our stuff , first time ever using a moving company , and i highly recommend this company .

We also hired this company to move a one bedroom suite with a quote of one thousand dollars to complete the job. As they did not forward a copy of a written contract for our review prior to the move, we did have an oral contract; one thousand dollars all in, and based on this offer we accepted and booked this company to do the move. The owner wanted a fifty percent deposit and we complied with this request a week before the move. The oral contract was offered, accepted and consideration was given to the company's owner, Darlene. When moving day commenced, the movers insisted on taking apart three plastic sheds which had been purchased from Home Depot. This wasn't necessary, neither was taking the queen size bed-frame apart in its entirety. When we arrived at our new home to begin unloading the truck, Darlene pulls out a paper contract and has added add-ons" which inflated the agreed service fee to more than half of the original amount of one thousand dollars. The new contract for the company's moving services became $1685.00 and to add to this

Hired this company to move things from White Rock to Vancouver. They showed up a half hour late and charged me an hour and half to get there from Langley. Then I stayed with them until they were just about done, so I could get things ready on the other end. They told me they were leaving in half an hour, but never showed up in Vancouver for another 4 hours. It was only a two bedroom flat. What should have been a four to five hour move, I was charged 9. I later found items missing. When I called to complain about the bill and why it took them so long, I was met with a very rude and intolerable man, who told me it was my own fault. No explanation as to why, no customer care nothing. I figured they had stopped along the way and took a break. They refused to reimburse me any of the cost. I also found later a number of damaged items. Which, of course, they wouldn't take responsibility for either

The mover picked up my stuff from Langley on 06 APR and should deliver it to Edmonton within 10 business days. Despite more than 20 follow-ups, no delivery has been made. Furthermore, they do not have an ETA for the same. Sarah the salesperson lacks information or provides false information. I have never experienced such unprofessional movers before.
