I can’t believe it how rude Kavita rude to me. I asked for a 6/46 with extra and gave her $5. She threw the money back to me and said I need your ID. I said do I look like 17. I am 36 with two kids. She argued with more more than 10 mints while customers were waiting. She was telling me she don’t care if I complain with manager wow. She was telling me this is my name and this is my phone if you want to complain. I used to be working in lottery store and cashiers. Customers were always first. I have friend who works at this store and she always smiles but this time wow. I called the manager and the manager was very unprofessional. I will not recommend this store

Very, very friendly and helpful pharmacists. And always a pharmacist taking and filling your prescription, not a pharmacy technician. The pharmacist even offered to hold my child while I got a flu shot! I also love this postal outlet, the woman working helped me with load my package onto my stroller. The store itself is basic and outdated, but fine.

Came in with my 2-month old needing infant Tylenol but of course they were sold out (we're in a shortage). The pharmacist working that evening was extremely rude when I asked her what I should do if my child gets a fever (she just had her vaccines). The pharmacist looked at me and said there is nothing you can do". I asked if she could make any acetaminophen and she said "no" and continued talking on the phone. I asked her what to do since I assumed a pharmacist would be knowledgeable or at LEAST tell me to go to the hospital if my NEWBORN has a fever but instead she was disrespectful. I want to think my race didn't have anything to do with it but it wouldn't surprise me at this point."

Pharmacist was very attentive and helpful! She explained things very well to me and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Most other pharmacists seem to be short and don’t care if you don’t understand how to use a medication properly.

Very disappointed to find that one perscription we bought(with no medical plan) was 22.00 dollars more expensive than Costco. There was also a generic comparable one that was never discussed with me. This would have been 40.00 dollars cheaper at Costco!! Would have returned the item but we were going away...

The manager herself told me to come back another day to pick up my epi-pens because she was busy. This is lifesaving medication that I have to have. Terribly unprofessional, rude and short with myself and other customers. Will not return if this is how the manager runs the pharmacy.

I just wanted to acknowledge all the people who work here - never have I ever had a visit when a staff member wasn't extra kind or attentive. Every single person who I have interacted there, from cashier to post office staff to pharmacy staff, is attentive, goes an extra mile for the customer and is always friendly, even in the pandemic dark times. This place always has a great sense of community and kind attitude, thank you to everyone who works here.

Very disappointed. The pharmacist, Winston, was very kind, but the assistant, Pam, was incredibly rude on the phone, and in person.I had asked on the phone when the drugs would arrive (change of prescription as after a few weeks my normal prescription was still backordered). I understood they had to order a different one, not that they had it on hand. She was very rude stating that she had ALREADY told me they were there. I had mentioned I was waiting for a phone call, and she was exceedingly condescending.I picked up my prescription and never mentioned the phone call, but Pam immediately said (before handing me my pre-paid prescription) “And just so YOU know. I DID call you and you said YA YA YA I’ll pick up. Just so YOU know.” I will be changing pharmacies. I will not returning or giving my business to someone who doesn’t just say, “Sorry for the miscommunication, I had meant your prescription was here ready for pick up.”I am not going to shop somewhere with such unprofessional staff.

Pharmacy staff has time and again willing to go above and beyond to help us obtain the prescriptions we need. As a family with complex health needs, the pharmacy staff offered to engage with a busy doctor's office to obtain a prescription for us when we told them that we weren't able to get a response ourselves. Within a few days, the presciption was obtained and ready. Switching over from London Drugs was the best decision we ever made.
