Everyone I dealt with at Down Right Floors was courteous and helpful. Luke was patient and knowledgeable in helping me select suitable engineered flooring for my apartment. I highly recommend DownRight Floors. Diana in the show room is very knowledgeable about the products, has great customer service and knows how to select flooring combinations that will work well together. Luke, the owner is honest, friendly, and a true professional with the installation of flooring. He communicates clearly so you always know what is happening and when. We built a large addition onto our home and handed over the flooring portion to Luke. He and his team did a great job.

Choosing to get my floors done by Luke at DownRight Floors was the best decision I made for our new space. Both laminate, hardwood and carpet was installed, and let me tell you, it made the biggest difference to our house! Luke even explained how laying the floors a certain way will make the rooms seem and feel bigger. And they DO! Great service, hard workers, happy customer. I down right recommend!

Recently DownRight Floors installed carpets in 3 classrooms at Cornerstone Christian School. The rooms look amazing! Richard was a great help in picking out appropriate product for high traffic classrooms. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring.

We had Richard and his team come in to redo the flooring at our office this past year. They met with us and brought numerous samples for us to select from and we couldn't be happier. The installation was done overnight so we had no loss of business and the new floors look great! We would strongly recommend Downright Floors to anyone considering floor coverings for their home or business. The price was right and the finished product looks awesome. A big thanks to Richard and his team for a job well done.

The entire experience with everyone at Down Right flooring was spectacular. Wonderful to communicate with, good value, and excellent workmanship installing vinyl plank for us! We had a very uneven concrete basement floor that now has been evened out and looking gorgeous after install. I highly recommend this company!

I just want to say a BIG thank you to Richard & Diane for all their assistance with my flooring choices! I have an absolutely beautiful engineered hardwood throughout the main part of my home and carpet upstairs ! They carry quality products! Their installers were professional and thorough ! I had most of my house gutted and Richard and his team came in and did my whole house. Carpet , vinyl plank and duraceramic ! Great craftsmanship, wicked customer service and polite workers. Most of all they stand by their work. 5 stars for sure. Will use them again and refer to any of my friends. Thanks guys!
