The item I ordered was not in stock, yet I was immediately notified and the order was rectified promptly via email. (First time happened in almost $10,000 of purchases) Packages generally arrive before estimated delivery times and have not missed an item yet, free shipping over $99 and they’ll throw in some stickers for free. Great company to deal with and will be using frequently from now on.

Great place to purchase motorcycle gear. Not so great place to return motorcycle gear.I've had two issues with them:1. Sold me Highway bars that required me to move my turn signals. Would not accept a return because there was a work around. Sorry, but moving my turn signals, in my mind, means they don't fit. Maybe tell me that up front not after I have spent hours installing them. Ended up blowing them out used for a fraction of the price.2. Sold me an over-priced clock for about $89. Is was not working on arrival. Asked me to send them a picture of the problem". So

Awesome service. Honestly. I had to return headlights because I did not like them. I did not have the package anymore but they confirmed a return was possible (over the phone right away). I received the refund within an hour after they received the items back. Very friendly as well and great products list. I recommend for sure.

Ordered a set of Vance and Hines slip on exhausts for my new Street Glide ST. I am a business owner myself and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Pipes arrived severely scratched on the exposed side and best the company would offer is $100 refund. When I asked to exchange them they denied the request. Deal with a more reputable seller.

Top notch service. I thought I was out for riding this weekend because I ordered my parts on a Monday night. To my surprise I went to the mail and it was here on a Thursday and I live in a small community Keewatin Ontario far west as you can get in Ontario.Thanks fortnine, you are the best, and thank you for making my weekend.

Great customer service, had to warranty a helmet due to a manufacturing defect. The customer service team was super friendly and great help throughout the whole process. Allowing me to get my helmet replace quickly and efficiently, to ensure I could keep riding during the summer months.

These guys are okay at best. Long processing times for orders, long shipping times. If they make a mistake on an order, you are kind of screwed, they absolutely will not expedite a new item for you, you are going to have wait and wait. Customer service is no good. I would recommend buying from a different company with more focus on customer service.

The free shipping over a purchase of $49 is great, but they dont give you an option to pay for faster shipping if you need something expedited.Very slow to process orders that have in stock items and they choose the slowest shipping methods.Been waiting for an order that was placed June 8, 2023, shipped June 12th and hasn't been delivered as of June 19th. Tracking info has gone cold so they are shipping another package in 1 - 3 business days and it could get to me anytime in the next week or two.Would have taken my business elsewhere if they sold this part.

Happy customer of 20+ orders. The only time it's been harder to work with them is when I had to make a return for a broken product.One thing I would say though, I hate that they advertise a low price but it is only for a out-of-stock version on the product. For exemple, showing 35% off on a jacket or helmet, but only the small is 35% off and it's out of stock. Other sizes that are available are full price. That's a shady way of showing prices.

Great prices, fast delivery, huge selection of MTB gear. The customer service is top notch. Has some issues with Fox pants and they took care of it quickly and with no issues.
