Kristy was phenomenal and came highly recommended to us. My fiancée and I both used her to sell out separately owned town homes. We both had and excellent service that was tailored to our different needs. Kristy was in our corner the whole time, arranged lots of showings, listed our house quickly and got us the sale price we wanted, in the timeframe we thought was a hoop dream. She went out of her way and was above and beyond what we expected and had both experience when using different agents to buy our town homes. It was such an experience she had become like family to us. She was key in finding us our dream home! Thank you Kristy!I can go on and on about how excellent she was. In short, I never felt pressured to sell, or to buy. It took us a while to find our dream home because we were really picky and willing to wait for the right home. Kristy spent so much time setting up showings and even went door knocking (where she went door to door in our dream area trying to find the right layout and set up a sale. This is as rare as a Doctor making a house call anymore).
