3D A/V Electronics

I was very impressed with service provided. I had my integrated amp Moon 600i repaired by A/V Electronics recently. Estimate and repair were done in timely fashion. Dealing with the owner of the shop was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, experienced technician. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any high audio equipment repair.

Janusz is the only person I trust with my vintage audio equipment. I'm so lucky to have found him. He knows his stuff and really cares about the quality of his work. Have recommended him dozens of times to friends and family.

I brought in a KR single ended Amp for Janusz to rebuild. The Amp sounds better than ever. It's like it can breathe again.

I recently had two of my beloved pieces of audio equipment (amp and preamp) serviced by Janusz. Both units were repaired and perform exceedingly well despite being over 40 years old. theres a bit of my fault in this too but this is my experience with getting a subwoofer surround fixed with this guy. a month or so ago i dropped a subwoofer at his place so he could tell me how much it would be to repair it beacause he said he offers free estimates. heres my fault in this after he gave me an estimate i told him no im okay i dont wanna get it fixed and i clearly remember him saying Okay i will remove the part if u dont want it fixed" but then after that i went on vacation and i wasnt able to pick it up and it took up a bit of his space so that was my fault. after i was back he gave me a call asking if i can come pick it up because its taking up space in his shop. when i went to pick it up he gave me a very bad attitude. he first tells me its fixed and tells me i have to pay him the money even tho i told him not to fix it. then he starts acting wierd and doesnt take me seriously. and even when he fixed it he did an absolutly horrible job. then he tells me to come pick it up tommrow. so my sister goes in and tells this guy if my brother told u to not fix it whyd u do it? he says "I forgot to take out the parts.". So my sister tells him "we have to take it back today because we drove from really far and takes up gas to come here.". Then he takes 20 minutes and i was asuming that he would take the fixed ring out but he took the trigger wire thing so my subwoofer wont turn on :/ i wanted to fix it myslef and now i can never find the part that i need. this guy did a horrible job (even tho i told him not to) and tried to get money out of me. would never recommended this place at all."

Fixed my 20 year old Velodyne sub. Needed new power supply. Quick turnaround, about 2 days. Works great once again. Happy with service.

I have had several pieces if vintage and modern audio repaired at 3D A/V and in every single case, the products were returned good as new. I have never had to go back or adjust anything and they have been extraordinarily fair in pricing. Janusz is a master !

I brought my Pioneer SA-8500 in as it was intermittently cutting out and then stopped working altogether. Janusz was able to diagnose the problem and had the unit working tip top in about 2 weeks. This was during the Holidays and he also had to wait on parts to arrive. I am very happy with the end result; the amplifier has never sounded better!
