Original estimate of time required to perform my recall was part of one day. They required a second day. Not a big inconvenience but a more accurate estimate would have been better. All other aspects of the service experience were ok.

The parts woman insisted that she wont or cant check a windshield wiper blade for a 2012 - 2019 Ford Fusion unless she had the car VIN. Really? Laziness is a terrible thing. If someone doesnt even care to bother to at least look at the vehicles she is selling parts for, she should not be working there. Perhaps she could have noticed that the Ford fusion cars are all the same for 8 years regardless of any other thing.

I would like to thank Jeremy and Brent for the purchase of my Edge. I have purchased multiple cars from them and have always been treated with respect and professionalism.
