My girlfriend and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon right before closing and we were welcomed into the store by Karel.He took the time to patiently help us find the right product (the store has such an incredible selection to choose from) and explain the differences / similarities between similar items.We were not rushed at all and were able to find the product that we had spent the day looking.We enjoyed the conversation with Karel, he is knowledgable, friendly and very dedicated to make sure we left the store happy / satisfied.We will definitely be visiting Aromas Naturally again in the future.

This was my first time in the store and I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed my experience!I was graciously greeted by the nice woman who owns the store and once I explained what I was looking for, she enthusiastically helped me out. The product selection is amazing, with very unique items that are (I believe) entirely from Canadian artisans and vendors. As well, the woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. While I was browsing, we had a nice conversation about the store itself and how she came about opening it.I ended up with a beautiful piece of jewellery and a great smelling candle. They even have a “customer appreciation card” so once you spend a certain amount of money there, you get a discount, which is great for me as I plan to shop there lots in the future. Can’t wait to come back!I totally recommend this store for anyone who wants one-of-a-kind items and excellent customer service!

Robin was so helpful and knowledgeable when my mom and I visited last week. She was so comforting and knew about all products in the store, she was able to answer any questions we had. This is a really great small business that carries a lot of products made across Canada as well as locally. So many natural products as well as unique make your own" kits. Would recommend stopping by!"

Aromas Naturally is a wonderful store that carries many products, including all types of essential oils, diffuser's, insence, mineral crystals, jewelry, clothing, blankets and much more! Robyn was a HUGE help in selecting the right essential oils to suit my needs. Can't wait to shop here again!

I love this store, I used to shop here when it was the Willow Den and I loved it then. There's nothing bad I can say about this store I would recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be shopping here again. Best place ever to buy incense !

Beautiful store with amazing vibes. There are sun catchers, jewelry, crystals, incense, essential oils, soaps, rollers, clothing, serendipity candles, gift sets and more. There were also very affordable ($1.98) pouches of dried lavender, rose petals, and more. It’s a great place to go with a friend if you share an interest in these sorts of products. It was relaxing to browse this store and the person working was very informative and able to answer any questions we had.

Me and my friend absolutely loved this place !! A variety of amazing products in a small store and most stuff is organic! Great customer service !
