Great service and information. Had a full break job and they ran into some trouble that was unforseen. Ken the mechanic explained what was needed and why. I ordered the needed part and the manager Bruce Pike assured me of an appointment at my convenience toComplete the job.

so i went to the location in Clarenville to get my tires changed and i asked them to LOOK at my hand break and tell me what was wrong, the guy said if he got time he would call me and have a look, i never received a call and he went ahead and “fixed” it so he said but it still don’t work and i was charged for 30 minutes of labor! unacceptable! then i called the manager to talk to her about and she hung up the phone on me!

Always a great experience. I've visited both the Clarenville and Kenmount locations, have never had any issues. Great customer service each time. They have always been able to fit me in fairly quickly.

We are two couples who recently enjoyed a holiday in NFLD. On our drive from Port Rexton to St. John's we got a low tire pressure warning which was getting progressively worst so we decided to stop in Clarenville to have it checked out. We found City Tire & Auto and what a stroke of good luck that was! Natasha who served us was wonderful and basically saved our vacation. The tire couldn't be repaired so a new one was required. Well it's Friday afternoon and if the right tire isn't in Clarenville then it has to come from St. John's......the following Monday! Well Natasha got on the phone and started calling everyone and due to her hard work she found a tire at the local Ford dealership. She even called the rental company to confirm the speed rating was acceptable. The tire was delivered in a flash and installed and balanced. Thanks to Natasha and City Tire & Auto, we were back on the road in 1.5 hours so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. THANKS NATASHA!

Unfortunately I will not be going back to City Tire in Clarenville for any service. I had my car rust guard protected and went to another mechanic to find out why I had water in my trunk. Found out there was no plugs inserted into the drill holes in my trunk. This small" issue caused water to be in my trunk

WORST GARAGE IN CLARENVILLE. Firstly they dont know how to so their jobs and on top of that they will charge you 0.5 hour labor for services they won't provide and then offer you free diagnostics for something they have already charged you for and when you raise your complain to the manager she simply hangs up the phone and just like that you've been thugged for your money and the manager would hang up on you. Unwantingly will have to involve authorities into this mess. Stay away from these people!!!

The absolute best to deal with would not hesitate to recommend them to any body. Thanks for all your help
