These guys have zero interest in helping their customers. They are rude, ignorant and make you feel like you are bothering them for even walking in there. It is a very unpleasant experience all around and I will be looking elsewhere from now on for my needs. I have been going there for years by that ends today. No more.

We needed replacement screens in black, we had our house painted and Lisa was such a huge help, and we changed our minds, and thought about painting our existing screens. So we changed our decision a few times,, a few months later, we decided to just purchase new screens in blk. Thanks to Lisa from windows and doors, even after changing our mind a few times, Lisa was awesome, very helpful, great customer service. We now have new screens in our windows.Tnx again Lisa, keep up the great job!!!

I order two 8 foot garage door capping or facial..basically it take 5 minutes work in shop with bender still waiting for it it's been all day .I don't think I get today. it's terrible. There is no justification for this sloppy and laziness work .thanks Tamar you made me to make my own sheet metal bender for camping windows and doors

The staff behind the desk are very unpleasant. I come to this location frequently and I don’t recall ever having a positive interaction with any of them. After experiencing the customer service here the first few times I’ve even tried to be more polite and personable with them but it goes for nothing. Comments have been made about me coming in 15 minutes before closing, I’ve been sworn and yelled at for returning left over materials, dirty looks, sarcastic remarks, etc. They pick and choose who they treat with respect as I’ve seen them laughing and smiling amongst one an other while treating their customers very poorly. I will be avoiding coming here as much as I can and I recommend others to do the same.

Tamar is a great store when it comes to products quality and selection. My only complaint is with the Windsor Location sales team. They are disrespectful and I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience to them, even though I was purchasing a lot of material.
