Great service, good products

I called GD Kentville and was greeted by Tammy from the parts department. She helped me out, picked the 4 parts of the shelf to ensure they were in stock and offered up a couple of solutions for me to get the parts (I live 3 hours away). My options included courier or going to pick them up. Going to pick them up would take 6+ hours of my day and a courier would mean not having the parts until the following week. Not wanting to drive for 6 hours, or wait until possibly Tuesday of next week to get the parts, I asked if sending them on Maritime Bus was an option. “l’ll get the schedule and estimated price and call you back”, was Tammy’s reply. She did just that.Shipping by bus would mean I would get the parcel sooner, however it is less convenient for the dealership and Tammy had to go out of her way (and on her own time) in order to take the parcel to the depot. This didn’t seem to phase her at all; she was happy to please the customer. I offered for her to charge my credit card a few extra dollars to ensure I was paying enough to cover the shipping charges and if there was anything left over, she could take the money as a tip. Her reply, “No, that wouldn’t be right”. I insisted but with no luck.Great customer service is rare these days and I don’t think it should go unnoticed! I really appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond that Tammy displayed.

Last year I brought my chain saw to be serviced because I had a hard time to start it. Two days later the technicians had cleaned it and it worked like a charm. When I was about to pay they said they hadn’t changed anything, so I didn’t have to pay. I was quite impressed and gave a $ 20.00 tip for the guy who did the work.So when I decided to buy a new telescopic hedge-trimmer it was only natural that I go to Green Diamond where I had such a pleasant experience. Definitely a 5 star rating!

Can’t say enough of the customer service. Leased a baler and it wasn’t up to snuff. They went good on anything that should have been working properly from the first day. Thanks to Ryan Macmillan and Brison the manager!!

Ordered what I wanted online. Went to parts counter picked it up. Done some Reno's since I been there last. Felt like I was walking into a swanky perfume blasted department store and not a tractor dealership.

Went in on a Saturday just before close and was treated very well, even though I only needed a small part they were more than willing to help, THANK YOU.

I call three times for the parts desk 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 was placed on hold the parts desk never answered and the wait time until I hung up was over 20 minutes. Although Middleton is further for me to travel I will be going there from now on. They answer their calls and responded back quickly.

Yes even for the little things, I personally needed a master link for my chain on my bike,they were out of my size, the gentleman behind the parts counter, didn't stop before he found me one. I have told others about the great service, next time a need something larger I will be back.

This fall we bought a tractor for snow removal. We didn't just get great customer service, but Bob went above and beyond for us , from day one he advised us on the machine we would need, he then made sure we knew exactly how to run it for the snow removal we needed. We got also got follow up again before a storm advisory. He made sure our tractor was running properly and that we were ready and knew how to operate our machine. I could not be happier with our customer service and quality of equipment purchased! I highly recommend!
