I had an overnight stop in Kamloops and realized my chain needed a great deal of adjustment before I could continue onto Vancouver Island. I called Rob prior to him opening and he told me he would have a look before his 1st apt. Not only did he adjust my chain, he also noticed my tires needed air and oil needed 1 litre. I was on my way in no time! Thanks for the great service Rob!
