My Wife and I had an excellent experience with Jackson's Toyota!Having the understanding that New vehicles were on a bit of a wait we made sure to order what we wanted a few months ahead of schedule. We had the pleasure having the Lease Portfolio Manager Andrew Black as our Product Advisor and man did he deliver! Always giving us updates and even including short personal videos. I also want to acknowledge Chelsea Allen our Financial Service Manager for a smooth and professional transition to our new Vehicle.These 2 employees made getting a New Vehicle a very enjoyable process and we highly recommend both of them!Thank you again to Jackson's Toyota and to everyone that helped along the way for this delivery!

The team at Jackson’s Toyota is friendly, knowledgeable, and have realistic/accurate information. Although production times, thus delivery times, of new vehicles are still quite slow, the sales team was spot on with when I’d receive the new Tacoma. So far, I’m really happy with the vehicle.

He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle financing process and also assisted my son with his first purchase of my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Always available and easy to get a hold of for questions. Despite the issues with getting vehicles out to customers over the past couple years they remained in communication regardless of any changes in status of the order, this did well to make me feel like I wasn't just forgotten. When the vehicle did arrive they were very helpful in getting the paperwork done before hand, and knowledgeable when giving the walkthrough of the vehicle. For a first time buyer of a new car this was a pleasant experience.
