Excellent customer service at the St. Thomas location. Appears staff changes have happened...for the better. Every team member was approachable, well groomed, and very helpful.

it was the worst experience ever, the manager and that older white hair lady at customer services were all racist. Everytime I go to the St.thomas store, they target me because I am colored. I don't like shopping there.

Easy parking and lots of it. Clean store, never anything blocking aisles etc Only beef would be ever finding any worker to help you when you are looking for something. Never seems to be anyone around when I need someone.

First off, I couldnt post this without giving at least one star, which, imo, is far too many stars.. This place..wow. Order something online, pay for it, expect it next day as thats what they tell you...just to get notification that item is not in stock and that i had not been charged. I then ask if other branches have the part in stock, which they did. I ask if they will have one sent to St.Thomas, I'm then informed that they don't do that, um... so they can see other branches,probably inaccurate counts but cant seem to bring one to a customer thats already paid for one missing from their inventory? Ok fine, that happens.. but when I ask about refund, because in actuality they do charge you, they have no idea when you'll get your refund. So on top of all of that, I'm then told that the employees can't possibly know what's in stock, that thieves are to blame for inaccurate inventory counts. Lol at that point, I ask if I should just not shop online due to their inability to keep count of the products that they advertise, sell you and then some how fail to have at pick up time?Lmao, I'm then assured that shopping online w/ CT is very reliable".. So

Today was the last day I will shop at Canadian Tire. As a Mom with 2 toddlers, I was left without any help, pushing things out of my way through the store, harassment from the “Manager” on duty. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusted in this store. I’ll shop at another location. All I asked was for help - and I called ahead of time…..

Always good there. Lots of good deals. They have lots of good stuff. Staff always helpful

The store itself is really nice and well put together but some of the staff are rude and you can clearly tell they don't care/ don't want to be there.

One star is too much to give for this store.Customer service is the worst I have experienced ( I lived in four different provinces). Do not recommend it at all. If you want to buy a product, consider it a final sale because you’re not going to get your money back even if the product is defective.

Ordered online for pick up and it was fast and easy. My order was ready in about an hour for pick up. I received an email with a code I just scanned it at the locker it opened and my receipt was emailed.

Jordon was of great help I couldn’t find anyone else around but he helped out even though I didn’t really know what I was needing. Great work
