They are one rip off company. I caught their owner Rick stealing my Fire Alarm System from electrical room despite I told them not to touch my system. On top he started threatening me. I have told our President about this incident and she assured me to get rid of this company and she will also advise the property manager to block Dunwell Fire from other properties.Beware of Rick and Nancy. Very dangerous.

Dunwell Fire offered excellent customer service when we contacted them for a service repair on our sprinkler system. They resolved the issue quickly, and the technician was very polite and professional. I will definitely be contacting again if we have any issues with our fire protection system.

This company is a total rip off!!! Asked for sprinkler heads and alarm speakers and paid in full so that they start the work. They installed speakers on a wrong type of ceiling tile. After following up and asking to come back to do it right, they asked for more money. The manager called me, screaming and hung up on me with a loud ”Shut up man”. So that is the level of service you get!!!!!! With this company. I now know why he is using a Private Number when calling.Rude, unprofessional, greedy and cursing! A complete set of ethics you need to do business with. That’s Dunwell Fire!You really deserve to win the “best contractor of the year”
