I've had one of the worst experiences at this clinic.Firstly, it's hard to get someone on call and if they do pick up, they always ask you to hold. Most of the staff doesn't understand anything I say over the call and I need to repeat myself again. Only had one good encounter with one of the staff and she was very sweet and understanding.Secondly, it is so hard to get an appointment and you need to book weeks in advance. If any emergency comes up, there is no way you'll be able to reach to your doctors.Thirdly, my Dr is always in a rush. I book phone calls to make sure they are quick and I don't have to step put of my meetings but she never calls on the exact time, always an hour or so early. The phone appointments are 15minutes long each and after only 5-7 minutes she starts getting impatient because I have more things to discuss with her which is really bizarre.

Why can I NEVER get through to your office? It’s impossible to speak to someone. Last month I tried calling the office and called 27 times in a day before someone would pick up the phone.I’ve also had to call other locations. Shy of getting in my car and driving there, this office is impossible to get ahold of. Then when you walk in, at any given time, there 4-6 people at the receptionist desk?!?!? Help me understandWhy can’t I call and make an appt with my doctor? Is it too much to ask for someone to answer the phone OR the phone is disconnected for the duration of the day.

I would like to say that Dr Tabani is one of the finest and knowledgeable Doctor. He is so patient , kind and listen us thoroughly . It’s been almost 6 years, my whole family recommends him. He is the best

Doctor Tabani is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. He had a thorough understanding of my medical history and was able to provide me with clear explanations and recommendations for my treatment. What impressed me the most was his genuine care and compassion for his patients.Overall, my experience with this doctor was nothing short of excellent.

I love my doctor, but the front staff is terrible. They never answer the phones! It’s impossible to book an appointment. They have multiple staff working the front desk, this shouldn’t be an issue. They need to hire staff that knows what they are doing. These people are supposed to be trained professionals, maybe someone needs to train them to answer the phones.

as with most of the reviews here, I am pleased with my Dr's level of engagement and competence but the clinic's admin staff are the weak link either by process design or hiring practices. rude on the phone, English proficiency should at least be at the level they can understand the letters of the alphabet when a person is spelling their name and long phone wait times. they need to consider an online booking system.

I love my doctor, Dr. Lucey, I’d give her 5 stars any day. The front staff though have always put me through such long wait times every time I have tried to book an appointment. Every booking call has taken me at least 10-15mins because as soon as they pick up they say they’ll be putting you on hold and you never know how long the wait time will be. Sometimes it runs over the 15min mark and try another day. It’s super frustrating because there are days that you need an appointment urgently.

Have seen Dr. Tabani for about 8 or 9 years. My son and i believe that Dr. Tabani is the very best doctor. He is amazing. Dr. Tabani is patient and undertanding. and caring. Especially with my young disabeled son who has had a rough go and has a fear of doctors. And doc always makes sure that we have refferals or prescriptions or anything else in place before we leave his clinic. Dr. Tabani always makes us feel welcome . We are blessed to have this doctor as our family doctor.

I really don't understand what is happening at this clinic anymore. I love Dr. Kruger but even when I have booked an appointment weeks in advance, I still wait at least 45 minutes for her to show. Recently, my insurance changed and I was told I needed her to just sign off on this change. I called SEVERAL TIMES in 3 weeks to see if it had been done as this is a medication the doctor had warned me will have major side effects if I'm suddenly off it. I've been off it for 3 weeks now. Each time I called (every 3 days or so), I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told no, she just needed to sign off on it. Today when I called, the admin was rude and told me I needed to make an appointment, even tho I told her I cannot at this point as I'm working over 40hrs a week now but I could have earlier. She tells me it will take time as the doctor has to sign off between patients. Sure. I ask for a timeline because I am frustrated and worried about my health, she says she can't give me one. Literally what is this, these are people's lives and health that are dealt with so passively, my pharmacy cares more. I was told it would be done by day's end earlier this week and now it's still not done and I am out of options but to wait and hope it's done. I only stay because it's so close to me but at this point, I'm fed up. This is not how you treat people.

Firstly, I have to say that I adore Dr. Xu and would give her 5 stars. However, the front office staff is terrible. There is always AT LEAST 4 ladies at the front desk - yet if you call their office, you'll either be put on hold for forever or hung up on. I'll try to book my appointments in advance, but they'll always say they're squeezing me in and will only give one time option. My last 2 visits, I've had to bring my newborn daughter and both times the same staff member will just come into the room and start touching my daughter's hands, face or her hair without my permission and I even asked her not to do that. She isn't even assisting us for the appointment nor is she sanitizing her hands. My daughter is NOT PUBLIC PROPERTY and you should never touch someone else's baby/child without asking the parent. Also, the staff member who had to weight my baby was wearing her mask on her chin (not covering her mouth and nose) and I had to ask her to put it on properly which I shouldn't have to do. Thankfully Dr. Xu is outstanding but I wish their staff were more professional.
