I was most impressed that within 24 hours of calling the office, the repair person was at my house, diagnosed the issue and actually had all of the parts to fix my refrigerator on the spot. Both the person at the office and the repair person were friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

Our LG washer had a drain and water pump problem and the machine was not drain the water. On Oct 07, 2021 at 09:45Hrs we had a technician from Buckingham Appliances to have a look at it! Wow! This guy was on the ball! It took him less then 30 min. to change the pump and make our machine work like new. This technician was very good,, professional and friendly. I recommend them for all of the above. We will do business together again in the future! Keep up the excellent work.

Called earlier this week looking for a dryer belt, they said they're out but have an order coming in this week and would call me, they called me today and even set it aside for me. Very friendly and even got a great parking spot. 10/10 will do buisness again.

Little disappointed. Tech came in, told me my washer wasn't worth fixing cause transmission was fried - shoke the washer and wrote me a bill for $115. Said replacing would be $600+. Did no other diagnostic, didn't turn it on to see how it was acting. I tried explaining it still drains and fills up to which he dismissed to sometimes that happens"."

Quick dependable service. Reasonable rates. Unfortunately, there was so much wrong with our old washer that it wasn’t worth our while to have it fixed. I would definitely call Buckingham in the future for appliance repairs.

I called Buckingham appliance service as they were recommended to us by GE. Originally I was told he probably wouldn't be out our way until some time the following week. To my surprise and delight he came to fix a few days later. From our telephone conversation he had an idea of what was wrong with our fridge before he arrived. He was able to fix it and we are very happy with the service!! Will definitely use Buckingham again

If I could give below 1 star this company would get it! I have been an entire month without a washing machine! They looked at it deemed and said it would be put through warranty. Here we are a month later no washer no replies to anyone. Home depot has been trying to contact them, the warranty people have been trying to get in touch and .e plus my my boyfriend have had no response!!
