They’re using other companies designs. I love supporting small businesses but when i looked into their business i saw that they were using another small businesses designs to advertise their business. not a fan at all.

Possibly the worst suppler I've ever dealt with. They screwed up my ballcap order, then took no responsibility for it. They told me they could do a small embroidery order as well, took payment, two weeks later they told me they couldn't do it, then never refunded me. I also had a ballcap order, where they embroidered most of the ballcaps on an angle, and then told me it wasn't their fault. They also decided (without any approval) to enlarge a logo on the toques, then told me they had to, then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't take responsibility for that either (see images attached). Be very wary of using this company. When things go wrong, they hide from their mistakes and take no responsibility.

I ordered 20 shirts for a small business, and out of 3/4 companies that could do the work, I chose this one. The price was the best, customer service was quick and friendly, the shirts are good quality, and they really made sure I got the exact design, colours, and sizes that I needed. Once the order details were finalized, the entire shipment was done and at my door within 48 hours. The shirts look great, and I'll pass the website along to anybody looking for a recommendation. Maple Custom Tees are without a doubt your best bet for printing! Throughout the whole process they had consistently exceeded my expectations. Incredible customer service (especially Tom!) and they will do anything to make sure you get exactly what you want in considerably less time than other printing facilities! The quality of the shirts are incredible, thick material with well done stitching; and you can. tell that the printed logos won't be wearing off anytime soon! Would recommend for any business or personal event!
