Amazing service!!We were here May 7 at 12pm. The young man working this shift was magnificent!! There was a little bit of a rush and he held it with ease. So pleasant, and if he was working under pressure it didn't fathom him. We need more people like him.

I brought my kids here tonight for the first time. The young male working was amazing. He was super funny and very helpful. He explained the whole process to us while making my kids and I laugh. I find that young people don’t usually give this excellent type of customer service anymore. Great job to this young man! We will definitely come back :)

First of all when your store is packed please save the fancy tricks and small talk for when it's not so busy. There was one person working! One! And a store full of people and only 4 flavors on the wall.Our frozen yogurt literally started melting before we even got to our car. Over $50 for melted yogurt.Overall a disappointment.

We visit CC Swirls regularly. It's not cheap, but it is delicious and always a fun experience. We've never had any issues here, but on our last visit, Quinn was working and he was especially good. We had never seen him in there before, but he was very helpful and friendly. He fixed a machine that needed an adjustment, he patiently helped someone that was new to the experience, he took a group photo for us, and just generally stayed busy cleaning and helping people. We were impressed. Keep up the good work, Quinn! I'm sure we'll see you again.
