Took over the contract for highway maintenance in the Terrace area and in the past two months I spun on the highways twice already! Never had such experience in 20 years of driving! No sanding, no snow plowing, no alerts for danger on the highways. The most terrible contractor ever! Hope to not see them ever again!

For about 2 (two) years I am contacting Highways and made them aware of a culvert that collects so much water it floods my yard all the way to my house. Every year the water raises higher. My messages are not returned. There is No attempt to fix the problem. I don’t know what to do?
