Honestly have heard nothing but bad things regarding this office. They won't process any vehicle transfers or change of ownerships - or anything other than a ICBC renewal. They make you do a transactions outside on the busy sidewalk - rain or shine. They constantly turn people away.

Greg working there is super professional. Had to renew my insurance last minute . He helped me right-away. The only downside you need to stand out due to pandamic, I think it’s a precaution which is understandable. Otherwise 5 stars !! Cheers

This is the worst insurance company I have ever seen. They think too much of themselves. Talking to clients like we are asking to do something for free. Totally unprofessional with absolutely no passion in what they do. I can hardly believe that they are still on the market. It took them forever to register my car I couldn't believe my eyes , first the computer wasn't working then something else happened. Just don't waste your time!!! Awful

Quick and easy. You’re insuring your car, what do you expect?! Yea they don’t seem super enthused, but who cares. Took 3 minutes to renew my insurance. Will ALWAYS go back

Stood outside their business during business hours, doors locked. 2 employees looking right at me not interested in conversing. Sign on door saying call. So i called. Went to voice-mail and Ieft message. Nothing. Wow. Glad I didn't take my business there. The lack of customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen.
