I had my furnace serviced and ducts cleaned, as well as my dryer vent cleaned. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Jordan was great. He was enthusiastic and took extreme pride in his work. He identified and corrected misses that the last two duct cleaning companies overlooked. There were some VERY dirty ducts in a few spots. He offered suggestions to help improve our overall air flow. Most importantly, he did not try to upsell unexpected add-on services like extra costs for excess" vents and trunks like other companies do. Home Service Plus offered fair pricing and set clear expectations on the type of service we would receive."

Today I had a young gentleman named Eddy that came out to service my furnace I just wanted to say he was very professional , he displayed clear identification that he was who he was, was very knowledgeable, very personable, he gave some excellent suggestions for preventative maintenance in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I will advertise to anyone who asks. I just want to say thank you very much. I will definitely be calling back next year

Eddy came by our place today to take a look at our A/C and furnace. He was very friendly, happy to answer all of our questions and very thorough. He walked us through everything he was doing and provided some good advice on their future upkeep. Colby and Curtis arrived at the booked time. Very nice gentlemen who did a thorough job cleaning our ducts and vents They were very respective being cautious moving the cleaning equipment so as not to damage any walls etc. Left every area that they worked clean. Richard did the furnace maintenance. Also did a thorough efficient job. People get your ducts cleaned. Went to do my weekly dusting and there was no dust. Bonus every two weeks works for me. I might add this company has very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

It says HOME SERVICE- that is a lie. Our thermostat died Aug 5/22 and ROB (says he was owner) came and gave me such a spiel how they started business with fair pricing and good workmanship.Okay I loved that! Oct 9 furnace is not working and again I believe faulty thermostat they installed. Called 24 hr line Oct 10 and after being on hold 45 min no answer, so emailed an SOS. Rob called back. I told him I am sick with pneumonia and freezing. He says WILL CALL FIRST THING IN AM.Noon- no call so husband called and spoke to receptionist and she informs him they will not come in house when someone is sick. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and have been on antibiotics 3 days and according to MAYO and not contagious after 24 hours. I SPECIFICALLY told him was not well BUT he still promised to call in am.Being seniors and not having heat when house is 60 degrees is not comfortable BUT they will not help us. I have reported them to the BBB and am contacting our lawyer.They LIE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This Company did a great job on my cleaning all my vents. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. The furnace check was done by a professional that knew what he was doing. Great price, Top Quality work. Team was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys

I used Home Service Plus just today.... and not for the first time. Got my furnace checked/tunes up for winter and my ducts cleaned/disinfected, and dryer vents cleaned. Two crews back-to-back. Very efficient. The best part..... the staff! RILEY, JORDAN and CURTIS! Hats off to you all! Jordan, you're truly amazing!

Home Service Plus was great!!! From addressing the problem with the furnace, they came two days earlier to replace it, first thing in the morning and they worked until everything was done. The communication was great, no hidden costs, they cleaned up after themselves, they were on time. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company!

Have used this company in the past and have only amazing things to say. They are reliable , friendly and do the best job. If you need anything relatable to the services they provide, feel confident in their abilities! Till next time
