Stopped in today to talk to Mark about buying a new lawn mower. He always gives me his undivided attention whether I'm buying a new lawn mower or a litre of oil. You don't get that from your big box boys and that's why it's worth seeing Mark at Superior!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing after over four weeks of having my boat and not fixing it. I just went and picked it up. Apparently they were waiting for a part but when I got the information and called Evinrude for myself, they said that the part was lost and the dealer had to call, the parts department to figure out what happened. After waiting three more days for them not to call I decided to pick up my boat. I would never use them or suggest that anybody else use them they don’t care about when your boat is fixed. Also, I ordered the part online and they were going to charge me 2 1/2 hours to put it in and I watched a video or two all about 15 minutes long on how to put in the part overpriced and bad customer service go somewhere else I suggest

Shopping around for snowblower in 2020, found a Toro at box store on sale, called Superior and to my surprise they had a similar model (also a Toro Powermax 826 but “beefier” version) at roughly same price as the box store’s sale price. They were very competitive and they clearly explained the subtle details / differences in the various models. I bought it that day. Recently I had a problem with the machine so I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon, expecting some downtime, but got a call the following Monday late morning, fixed under warranty. Another pleasant surprise. Anyway, if this is an indication of the integrity and service level at this shop, with new owners, then I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Everything is over prices and under service when they charge $40.00 for picked up and delivery.
