I came today to fix my windshield that has a rock-chip when I was coming back from Vancouver to Kelowna. It went from small to big line, so i needed it fix. They are very accommodating and lovely people. Will come back for sure! Thank you again for the wonderful job.

The couple who owns this business is wonderful. I had such a great experience with them. They offered such great and quick service while being extremely kind and experienced. I appreciated the good service since I wasn’t the most high paying customer only getting a few pieces of glass cut. They were also so great with my kids when I came in. 15/10 for this sweet family and their business!

Amazing service and great quality! I had a chip in my windshield that I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed due to where it was. They went above and beyond and the fixed windshield looks great :) they were able to put everything through to ICBC for me and got everything done pretty quickly too! thanks again!

Its unfortunate that this business does not respect peoples time. I booked an appointment nearly three weeks in advance, as I am limited on time, only to have them call and cancel two business days ahead of the scheduled appointment due to their lack of ability to provide staff to complete the work. This left me without an opportunity to book an appointment anywhere else. There was no effort to correct their mistake. Just a couple empty I'm Sorry's". Poor management and poor customer service. If you are an organized person and expect people to do as they say

Great place highly recommend! Tara and Mike are the best in Kelowna by far. Replaced the front glass on our motorhome and did an amazing job!Best customer service ever!

I had a mirror bedside table top repaired. Less than 24 hour turnaround time, extremely friendly staff who thoroughly enjoyed being at work and were passionate to help and do this project. Reasonably priced. All around one of the best experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had horrible experiences with crystal glass). So it was refreshing to work with a company who was this great! Highly recommend them and I’m extremely happy with everything they did for me! Thank you(:

Tiny little chip in window . Wife brought Truck in . They did a horrible job at fixing it left glue all over the window missed the other chip that was pointed out and said it wasnt there . The chip repair fell out the day later . Didn't even adhear. I think the guy that fixed it needed to get his glasses repaired .
