I am having a really bad experience with groomers on this town. Trying to get my puppy's first hair cut and this groomer is the third one in a row to screw up my appointment and try and re-book for another day! Can't say how his grooming goes but if you want your appointment after you book one go somewhere else.

Amazing and friendly. Been trying to clip my dogs nails for years and she hates it. He took a total of 15 minutes and her nails are perfect !!!

I give them Five star very professional and efficient, My fussy dog was very comfortable with Chris, Price is much higher than stated at the site just be prepared for that but it is fair enough your dog get groomed at your door step. Thank you for taking care of our fury babies with love and respect.

I inherited this old boy. He had plenty of knots and had gotten into burrs... pretty much a mess. It was a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the end result. They were thorough, knowledgable and took the time to really understand what we wanted. Dawson came out of the van looking years younger! He was happy, I was happy and everyone is telling him how handsome he was! Great groomer, great service and your dog gets to be right at home. I can't recommend them enough

Chris did such a good job on my 13 year old mini schnauzer’s long overdue groom. So kind and gentle with our dog, so fast and exactly what we wanted. He did her nails, ears and an all over short cut and she’s like a new dog.

Absolutely the best groomer. I live in Vancouver but here in Nanaimo for a couple weeks. Sergii cut my golden doodle and cockapoo and I’m incredibly happy with their cuts. He is meticulous and cares. Spent time with me consulting on how I want them to look. Only downfall is he doesn’t live in Vancouver! I’ve been stopped three times by dog owners asking where I had them groomed. Bravo!

This is the second time we used safetrim mobile grooming services for my two fur babies. Each time, Chris has been the groomer. He has to be the best groomer on Vancouver Island. Our dog, Copper, has been groomed by many before. Some groomers have refused to take him back. He just hates being touched around his face, legs and paws. Chris has the type of personality that calms my dog and makes for such a better experience for all involved. I always dreaded haircut day. Now it's a pleasure for me and my dogs. Can't say enough good things about this fine young man. So happy we found you Chris.
