Had a wonderful experience. My father has mobility challenges and was met with great service and compassion. Jaskiran was super sweet and helpful. Had multiple services done in 15 minutes!

I went @ steels torbram location around 2 pm on monday there was no line only around 10 people were in there. I had to make my mom dad s health card for first time...there is a girl name JYOT...i have no words for her.....she amazed me with her customer service...she has done everything with patience and with smiling face all the time while serving us....10 out of 10 for JYOT...

I was at the location today since it’s open Saturdays, there was a line up but I was amazed on how fast it moved. When inside I was shocked that 3 staff members were able to keep the line moving at that speed. Very impressive and exceptional work at this location. Very efficient staff, operator #4 was very professional, informative and fast.Thank You for the great service.

Very very poor standard, I reached there 12:30 waited 25 minutes before get to the counter and they refused to serve because they passed out tokens before 12 and don't serve anyone after. The agent without name tag, told his name is haqeeqat and said complain whoever. Check the time online before coming and they stop serving an hour before the time. Really really disappointing.if time to close is 1 and you inside in the line before that how can they refuse. Such a pathetic service and very very insensitive people.

Did not had good experience at this particular location, i dont know if the staff is not properly trained or what but they did not give me correct information, so i had to go to a different service ontario with the same exact documents.

I got to service Ontario just before 12:30 to just replace my ownership. I waited until 1 pm which was their initial closing time for them to tell me they will no longer be serving me. I then proceeded to tell them it’s not right and pointed out their closing time. I seen the staff handing out tickets to selected individuals but I assumed it was for the appointments they has a sign for because they did not say anything to those in the line. If you will NOT be serving EVERYONE until your closing time, disclose that because it’s very discriminating watching your staff pick who they will help. Whether service Ontario is or isn’t a private business, they work for the government there for it is our right, as customers & civilians to know what your PROPER operation of hours are instead of having our time wasted.

Very satisfied. Come here very early on the weekdays before 9am. I was able to renew my health card in minutes.

Some of their employees had no manners on to speak with customers. Had no values about people standing in lines and waiting for their turns but they were busy in talking with each other. Harsh is very rude and we ask her to fill out the form while on counter and she refused and ask us to send an email to service ontario regarding the matter. Their supervisor is way too god as she's very respective and she helps us in getting things done and even she respects your values.Employees like Harsh don't even deserve to work in agencies which work for governement services.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Closing time is 5 pm I was inside at 4:45 pm. They waited till 5:10 to tell me I wasn't on time. The supervisor R, she wouldn't even give me her name told a employee that was ready to help me she couldn't.
