So many things wrong with Doyle! Never using them again and not recommending to others. Extremely expensive and unprofessional.1. They are never on time with their appointments. All 3 appointments we had were 5h late...2. Doyle installed a new heatline system, they introduced a leak where the outdoor pipe is connected to the pump.. they finally managed to fix it after 3 weeks.3. After the new heatline was installed and the temperature dropped to below negative 0, approximately -10, the heatline apparently is too short and resulted in pipe being frozen... which resulted in additional cost to other service company from my end.. as Doyle wasn't available to fix the installation issue.. Even after they became available, they still saying that there was no installation issue and heatline is indeed long enough... But it froze 2 times already after it was installed.4. Doyle never admitted their fault and keep saying everything was fine with installation. They never came to double check the installation, and I can only hope it won't freeze again and will be looking at it myself in the spring.5. They charge $500 for 1h steaming the frozen pipe + $200 for every additional hour (this doesn't include the labour fee), so if you need to unfreeze your pipe with Doyle - it will cost easy $800+. Other companies charge $150/h overall (including steaming).

Two gentlemen Ryan and Hayden have been to my home in Deseronto twice for services to fix my toilet and to repair sub pump. Very professional, did an excellent job and was on time and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely have back for any further issues. Highly recommend and if you get these two gentlemen Ryan and Hayden you will be very happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

I contacted Doyle Home Services (during an extreme heat wave) regarding a failed A/C unit. I was advised initially that it would be approximately 48 hours, due to demand, before a technician could attend. I was contacted the following day and advised that a schedule opening was available. The technician attended that day and performed CPR on the unit, successfully and efficiently. The technician was an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional and personable. The “office” personnel were helpful and considerate. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Doyle's men who came to install the ductless heat pump were exceptional. Professional, polite, as well they problem solved to reduce or maintain scope.The men even worked extra hours to make sure we were running for the long weekend.They have earned my loyalty.

The whole experience with them - Steve/Laura/Mike/etc (missed the other guy's name, but really nice persons) are very comfortable, they responded all requests super fast and delivered on time. Highly recommended.

Had Kevin and mike out to install a heat pump at my house. They were professional and the workmanship was outstanding.High recommend them.

In all honesty, I was reluctant to call Doyle Home Services because I had been told that they were pricey. However, after three weeks of not having my phone calls returned by other plumbers, I decided to call Doyle. I had a problem with the toilet that I was afraid was only going to get worse, and time was of the essence. I called on a Friday, and my appointment was booked for the following Tuesday afternoon. The technicians arrived and set right to work. I decided to ask if they could also replace the bathroom taps, which they were able to do since they had a set with them. I am one of those people who is uncomfortable with others in my home, but the technicians were quick to set me at ease. They were very friendly, polite and professional. Next time I need something done in my home, I will call Doyle Home Services because I know they will be prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for your home service needs.

Awesome company!!Doyle heating is prompt in returning calls, setting up visits for quotes and delivering on their service. From date of quote to actual insulation (relocating one very old hot water rad and adding another), a total of 9 days and done.Ed and Justin K kept to the confirmed arrival time, which says a lot.They are very professional, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.My German shepherd enjoyed their company, which again says a lot regarding shepherds and how protective they are.The quote for the job was very reasonable.I highly recommend this company, and I plan on calling again for further plumping needs.Five plus rating.
