I really liked the owner which stopped me from doing one star.., I asked the girl I was with a few weeks ago to not really file down my nails as they were very thin from the last time someone over did it. She again did it. The person watching her even knew she was messing up… she does not listen. If someone doesn’t listen the owner should be setting consequences as in if you’re not going to do your job right, maybe it’s not the job you should be doing. My nails are so brittle and thin I could cry. It’s going to take me a year to grow them out and hopefully they are still thick. When the nail artist can’t even consider this (and if THEY would even like this done to them?) maybe don’t do nails.

I’ve tried this place out twice now - the first time I got a shellac French manicure and the French tips were not clean at all . They weren’t smooth lines but from far away you couldn’t tell so I brushed it off.I had my second experience here today (same girl as last time did my nails) and it was a poor choice. I shouldn’t have wasted my time again honestly. To begin with, the colours of their shellac they show you on the nail wheel vs. The actual colour they bring - completely different. I had to go back and forth 4-5 times trying to find a colour because when I was brought the actual polish it was way darker than what I’d picked. They finally told me they found it and it must have just been labelled wrong, but they just gave me a different variation of the pink I wanted.. and this isn’t what I wanted. it’s really frustrating when people are so focused on money they don’t care about the actual experience for the client just getting the money. It shows. My nails were rushed again, there’s still polish on my hand that she didn’t wipe away and she also cut me with her little tool when she was filing my nails. I didn’t see it at the time but I felt it.I went home and showed my boyfriend who paid for it and he said what the hell did you pay for there’s polish still left on your hand I could have painted those better for you .I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend you waste your time here.

Great place to get your nails done! Clean salon, very friendly staff and beautiful work. Quick, quality work for decent prices. Will be going back to get shellac again!

I’ve been coming here since I was 13! I won’t ever let anyone touch my nails except Hannah! She never makes me feel uncomfortable, I always feel welcomed! Nails are always perfect!

85$ for a PEDICURE!! They go spa treatment im like ya sure well if it was an actual spa treatment and they massaged my feet and took dead skin off id be ok but they didnt! I was there a week ago they gave me shellac and 2 my nails popped off on my vacay, the colour is nice tho haha, theyre gonna be closed down soon enough

Best nail salon in St. Catharines! Hanna has such great attention to detail and triple checks to make sure everything looks perfect. I never feel rushed when I’m here like I do at other nail salons. Very clean and lovely atmosphere!

This is my favourite nail salon. I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school (i’m 20 now). Great prices, positive environment, and very professional and kind workers. Hannah is the best! I love her ❤️

Nail techs are very talented and are able to reproduce whatever you bring to them. I have never left disappointed and they are very reasonably priced. The Nail techs are all extremely friendly, and know me and always ask how my family is. Very nice environment, would highly recommend.
