Tracy is an amazing life coach, she helped me to realize all my goals first by finding what was truly most important to me, then coming up with a plan. Her check in sessions with me helped me to stay focus and set up little goals to get me closer to reaching my big goals, stay positive and celebrate even the smallest accomplishments. I look forward to each of our sessions, she is an incredible person. She has really given me the tools to push outside of my comfort zone and live my life to its fullest. I commenced coaching sessions with Tracy with the aim to help me reach my goals. I couldn't organise my thoughts and prioritise my objectives. Tracy helped me to figure out where I was in my life and where I should be. She taught me to respect myself and prioritise myself in my list of goals. Tracy showed me how to spend time on myself.She gave me tools and tips for more effective communication and how to approach people. If I had any questions, she would found resources for me, I never felt was alone in this journey. She is an amazing, caring and kind hearted human being.Also, she helped me with building my website when I was desperate and had a hopeless feeling that I never will be able to create a website for myself!I was lucky that Tracy came to my life, she has helped me in many ways.
