Very unprofessional customer service. Michael was working on a project for me that needed updates to drawings he had done. When I asked him to look at the updates requested by the municipality he said he was to busy and should be able to assist in about three months. We agreed to wait till then when he could assist. He ignored my follow ups emails for weeks and when I called three months later he said he was too busy, there was nothing he could do, and I should look for someone else. A professional would of said that upfront instead of making a customer wait over three months to later say he can't do the work. He costed me a lot of wasted time and money.
