Absolutely outstanding customer care - from purchase to follow-up inquiries.Coast Appliances is a busy operation and we never felt like we weren't a priority. It has been so refreshing to deal with a company that prioritizes customer service.Based on our overall experience, we wouldn't shop anywhere else for appliances. Special thanks to Rob and Dan for all of their help.

Dan Boundy has provided excellent service throughout the entire process of our purchasing a full set of appliances. He was prompt with communication & helped by suggesting different appliance options while keeping within our budget. I would highly recommend Dan as he's someone you can be sure will listen to what your needs are and do his very best to meet and exceed your expectations.

Poor customer service & inventory management. We bought a range/microwave from an advertised sale online stating one was available in Kelowna and called to inquire when we can pick it up and were given another employees at a Burnaby locations name & email to hunt down the product we paid for (even though to me this tracking down inventory is the job of the retailer not the customer).After a bunch of our time wasted (I have young children and my partner has a busy medical practice) and run around trying to track the item down we were told it isn’t even in stock in the Burnaby store.I have heard good things from others about coast appliances but sadly did not share in having a good experience.

I dealt with an Inside/Web Sales Representative, Carissa, who helped me with the purchase of an Elica range hood. The level of service was outstanding. She definitely went above and beyond to help me source the unit I was after (which I was able to pick up the next day). The follow up was amazing. I would definitively buy future appliances from Coast based on this experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

I just bought a Frigidaire gas stove from Coast Appliance in Kelowna. Their sales and customer service was exemplary. We did shop other stores however due to the sales person kindness and pleasantries, we decided we wanted to purchase from our sales person. He depicted a kind trustworthy demeanour. When the stove was delivered it occurred right on time which allowed us to have the stove installed by their recommended installer from ZMP who also did an awesome job installing and took our old stove off our hands. I have made two purchases from Coast Appliance recently. Frank was my sales person and he is the best. Ask for him. I did have a problem with the first order, but Frank looked after it and I was satisfied. Went back and bought a washer and dryer. Again Frank was quick and communitive

We had the noise reduction flap on our dishwasher fail and even though it is off warranty, I contacted our Sales Rep, Vish, to explain the problem. After a couple of emails and a phone call to discuss the issue, Vish offered a replacement flap at no charge and all we had to do was have it installed. That is Customer Service that is hard to find these days!! Thumbs up to Vish and Coast Appliances!!!Evan

Come in here for the first time, Frank J was helpful being very efficient and quick to figure out what we need and able to provide advice. Wide range selection on brand and pricing, enough inventory that we don’t need to wait for the item we want for months. Make sure to visit them if you are in the market for appliances hunting!

Around 1 pm on a Friday, our existing dishwasher made a frizzing electrical noise, then smoke came out of the front door of the dishwasher. I smelt burn wire and turned off the power at the breaker box.I googled Kelowna Dishwasher Appliance Company Reviews and found that Coast Appliance had about 10 times more 5 star reviews than other local companies.I called Coast and explained my purchase needs (higher end but not highest end) to John (sales). He provided me with links to view. I settled on a Stainless Samsung 3 tray unit with a Storm-Wash" feature for pots/pans
