Extremely poor and unfriendly service at Bayview Village location. Unfortunately Sephora is not the same anymore since the people it hires are very incompetent and unprofessional. I personally will not shop at Sephora anymore.

Cancelled my wife’s appointment for Make Up on her Birthday. Claimed they called us and our phone was not working. Spoke with manager and she was absolutely useless. “Thoughts and prayers competency” - spoke with beauty services online and they stated they are incompetent and incapable as well. Fantastic Sephora services. Do not recommend!!

The manager was rude, as they asked me not to use the makeup mirror.Sephora is not your personal brand!! Better to learn how to manage the store instead of distributing clients.The cashier even was not familiar with customer service, she didn’t say Thank you or any other greeting messageHopefully they increase their paying rate to motivate them changing their unprofessional behaviour!

I was just here earlier today, and the worker Zayna (I’m not sure if the spelling is right, sorry!) was so lovely and helpful with my exchange and helping me find my exact foundation shade. I just wanted to say that she is an excellent employee and one of the nicest workers I’ve met so far. Thanks again and I hope more people do shop here as well

Worst Sephora (Bayview Village) location you can ever go to. Manager was so rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Save yourself some stress and just visit other locations out there. If only I can give 0 star, I would.

A nice new Sephora location, this store carries more high-end and luxury brands, including Tom Ford beauty, PAT and Jo Malone. Shopping experience is better than any other Sephora stores I have been, less traffic, staffs are friendly.

**Beware of Buy Online Pick Up In Store**Sephora did not let me exchange an item that I picked up within 30 days.They said they couldn’t see the order on my account, and said that this happens sometimes with buy online pick up in store???I had my email receipt, I had my account open on my phone which showed my order was clearly there, and I even had Sephora customer service on the phone, who was able to confirm that order was there.I spent double the money having to buy the product again.This is a problem on their end, not mine.They took my number and said they’d call me if they figure it out, but I did not receive a call.
