Fidele Arsenault called back, showed up on time, followed up and did the work exactly as specified in the estimate. You would think that this is a business model standard however in this day and age, getting all of those service elements correctly is very difficult to come by.I have almost stopped using contractors for any work around my home and instead perform the work myself due to general industry incompetence, sloppy work, delays, non-respected appointments... etc.Was refreshing to work with Fidele Arsenault.

We got Fidele Arsenault Inc. to remove our old gutters and replace them with new ones. Price, products and installation were top notch but their communication process was average at best.Teams showed up to our house without advanced notice, did part of the work and left without saying a word.

A1 service. Just had our siding and soffits done. Very professional from start to finish.

I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service! I had a gutter issue they never called back. I guess I didn't spend enough money . 1 star is even to good for them. More like 0 stars of 5.

Would not recommend under any circumstances.Gutters are lovely but the customer service is atrocious. We were quoted a specific amount last year (already well into the pandemic), signed a contract and gave a deposit. This year, when it came time to do the work, they said the price had gone up. They refused to honour our signed contract, offered to cancel and give us our deposit back but due to the state of our gutters, we could not wait another year for another company.Upon pulling out the old gutters, they found a rotten beam. This wasn't altogether a surprise to us. What was a surprise however was Glenn calling and letting us know that replacing our beam would cost us 1200$ (which was what we were already paying for the gutters). He told us we could stop the work and call a carpenter to come fix it (this wasn't really an option because it would leave our roof exposed and we weren't sure when they would come back to finish the job. As it is this job was delayed 3 months) or we could pay the 1200$. The price of the wood itself was about 100$ (we asked the guy who went to buy it) so for them to install the wood (which took MAX an hour) it was 1100$. Excuse me but 1100$ for 3 men for 1 hour seems absolutely absurd. We feel taking advantage of due to the awkward situation they put us in.

I visited the store several times and spoke to Rick, he ensured me that my problems with my old door and that the bad installation that was done will be corrected. The team did such a great job installing my front door and solved all my prior issues.I would recommend Fidèle Arsenault 100%
