I find the service with Mark Prince at either the Wetaskiwin office or the Camrose office exceptional! He listens to my concerns and understands or tries to understand the problems I am having with my health!I would recommend Living Sounds 100%!

Stopped in to see if there were batteries in my remote hearing aide that could be replaced as my remote works intermittently. Had to .make an appointment to see an agent. I did and was able to see an agent a week later. When I arrived I explained my problem thinking there were batteries that could be replaced. No batteries in these units and the agent did not have a replacement and could do nothing about it. So now what. No recommendation or solution. Awful expensive products with no solutions or fixes
