this is an embarrassment for Retired CAW workers, have been trying to talk to someone for a few days and keep getting a recording saying the line is busy....

How can you help anyone if your line is always busy. No one ever answers

My husband suffered a stroke and took an early retirement. Every time he calls he either gets the run around or nobody answers the majority of the time. Yes he has left messages at both offices and no they are not nice anymore but seriously WAITING ALMOST A YEAR NOW FOR MONEY IS RIDICULOUS!! He paid his dues like everyone else now do something to help him. He doesn't need anymore stress!!!

The rudest staff!! All charges were vague and unexplained charges! Was lied too about when forms were mailed!My dads estate was simple and dragged out for almost 2 years. Outrageous bill in the end! I would never suggest this place!!!!!!
