Joyce Station Tailors & Dry Cleaner - Vancouver

I did some overdue dry cleaning here right before a move last week, very happy with how friendly and professional the store manager was despite the big, disorganized bundle of duvet and winter clothing I dropped in with. The rates were very reasonable, and I got everything back in tip top shape (including cashmere, wool and feather down items). Would definitely visit again even though I now live further away from this place than before!

Horrible customer service accepted my pants and then when I come in she told me she can’t do anything and I’m a lying customer. Told me to never show my face again in her company. Never go here the lady is horrible and disgusting. If you’re petite never come to her because she will take your money first and not do the pants correctly. Her attitude is so bad and she just wants your money. No customer service yelling at customers faces.Does not care if her customers are happy or not just wants money.

Handle any requests I have for clothes tailoring quickly with reasonable price. Definitely recommend their service!!!

I constantly go here for dry cleaning and clothing alterations! Always do a great job. And prices are very decent! No other place I'd rather go.

I’m very pleased with the tailoring work I’ve had done at this shop. I’ve had a zipper replaced on a down coat, a bridesmaid dress hemmed and the bust taken in, and another dress hemmed.The zipper installation looks great, as good as the original and the replacement zipper is high quality. I’ve had no issues with the replacement at all and I wear that jacket almost daily.The work on the bridesmaid dress is flawless and the price was very reasonable given the work put into taking the structured bust in.The dress I had hemmed was a satin dress with ironed in pleats. Not only does the hem look perfect, the pleats were ironed back in exactly as they were before the work was done.The value and quality of the work done here is fantastic. They’ll have my business as long as I live in the area.

I could not be happier with my experience! I was looking for an inexpensive yet trustworthy tailor for my wedding dress. Lan was very helpful, patient and trustworthy with my bridal gown. Very good experience. I needed a pair of jeans hemmed. You have the option of a new hem (for $12) or keeping the old hem (a bit more expensive). I got the jeans back in 5 days and the new hem looks great. I'll definitely be back for any alteration work in the future.

I brought in my utility work vest for a replacement zipper and was able to get it back same day, good as new.Quality work, premium service, and reasonably priced. A delightful experience all around.5-stars, 10/10, will do business again. :)
