Fast and efficient. I needed a police check done and fast. Normal turn around is an hour or less. Way better than waiting 2-4 weeks through the OPP. Friendly staff.

Don't waste your time or money with these people. After giving them hundreds of dollars for them to assist me in getting a pardon all I ran into was incompetent person after incompetent person saying they were working on it and excuse after excuse.. they just kept asking for more money. After several years I gave up.

I had to go in here to get fingerprinting done requested specifically by a law-enforcement agency, and the documents from the agency was instantly recognized, and the staff that did mine helped me out without any issues. Commissionaires also offers a variety of other services including courses that help you get your individual security licence, so they're excellent. For my fingerprinting experience, it was top notch.

I had my fingerprints done in May. We're now September 14th. I haven't heard a word from them. I called four times. Each time they promised me a date it would be done and said theyll put a rush on it. They never came through. I lost my opportunity for summer work. No wonder jobs can't be filled and stores are closing!
