To start with I had a good feeling about Bruce when I first met him in the fall. All he had was my word that I was going to sell my house come the new year yet all winter he sent me listings that met my wish list so that I could watch the market from Northern Ontario.My house sold and I came in March and the hunt for a new house with Bruce started. I dragged him all over the province and he was enthusiastic with every venture. He cottoned on to my likes and dislikes immediately but he wasn’t afraid to point things out or suggest other things when I got a little unrealistic perhaps :)Every phone call or message was answered promptly, never left me hanging , which was key to keeping my anxiety to a minimum and if you’ve ever bought a home you’ll know what I mean! Because of that more than once we were the first to view a new listing.Having found the “house of my dreams” he was still straight forward and honest with me when I asked him the pro and cons of it. On the day of possession he did a thorough walk through. He is very knowledgeable about home building which was a comfort.Bruce is the bee’s knees, you don’t need to look any further, a great realtor but also a real nice guy!
