I called them asking about doing an exam for my eyes and getting an updated prescription for glasses and contact lenses.. the woman literally told me “that would be a waste of our time” simply because I Oder my glasses and lenses online… as a working professional I would NEVER talk to someone in such a manner. Was def an experience I won’t forget

I made an appointment with them over a month ago for myself, my son and my wife.When we arrived today, we discovered that someone had cancelled our appointments by walking into the shop and asking to cancel. A random person! No identity or information is checking for cancellation.Even though Vogue Optical called us yesterday to confirm the appointment in the early afternoon.Result: My wife and I missed a day of work, and my son missed a day of school.They didn't try to solve the situation; they just said, I am sorry for this

Used the online form to set up an appointment at the Kearney Lake location, as directed on their website. Waited 2 weeks for someone to respond (was supposed to be 2-3 days). Tried calling on 3 separate occassions over the following month, no one answered the phone. On my 4th attempt, someone answered and took my name and number telling me the receptionist would call me back when she got in that day to book the appointment. It has now been another week, and nothing. I'll just go elsewhere.

I have been going here for a few years now for my optometry and contact fittings. Today I had an appointment at 9:15am. I took time off work and showed up early and as I was walking into the place at 9:02 they called to tell me the appointment was cancelled because the contact tech called in sick. I left to go get coffee and then realized I need my prescription because I have to order my contacts before November 1st (Benefits plan thing). When I walked in to get my prescription I asked when the tech called in sick, they said '8:00am'. When I said, 'You called me as I was walking into the store at 9:02', she looked at me dryly and said 'Well...we just got in...' with the kind of attitude that implied 'I don't care what your problem is'. No apology for cancelling my appointment, no mention of the fact they waited until I arrived to cancel my appointment. It's taken 6 months to get these fittings done when I wanted these contacts for LAST SUMMER. The pace of service has always been a problem, the attitude and work ethic from the people running the place have lost my business for good. 2 stars because the Optometrist and Contact Tech are friendly and seem competent.

Had a issue related to a set of frames, but Vogue made every effort to replace and ultimately offer a new set. Very pleased with the effort put forth to make sure I was happy with my glasses, and totally recommend.

If you need Contacts Vogue on Kearney Lake is the BEST place to go. I had spent weeks at a different Optical store and could not find contacts that would work for me. They kept giving me different name brands but did not do any further test or measurements. I had given up on getting contacts. I recently decided to try contacts again. Paul at Vogue optical on Kearney Lake Rd did several more test, measurements ect to find the perfect contacts that would work for me. Extremely happy with Vogue Optical for taking the time and extra steps to find the perfect contacts for me. THANK YOU!!!

On 4 separate occasions, these people told my family there would be a 1 hour wait while letting others walk in as they please. Appointments were not necessary. I have no proof, but their pattern of behavior feels like they are using covid restrictions to discourage lower income families from seeking care at their store. It should be a great experience for anyone wearing expensive clothes though.

If there were 10 stars I'd give it! walked in with my son with a prescription and walked out with 2 new pairs on the spot!Staff are amazing, Tara Maclean big shout out to her.I was obsessed and jealous of the case my son was getting and to my surprise, she came out of the back room with the same case for me! Very happy boy here who didnt have to wait weeks to see properly.Great experience.

I came, as if polite people. I've been waiting for my work glasses for a month and a half and they weren't ready. they made glasses for me to work with, and they were terribly made. I called today, they answer me, I need to wait. and I canceled the order.
