The best service I have had dealing with an auto repair shop! The quality of service and friendliness of their staff is exceptional. The prices for the brake components on my daughters Mercedes were so low that I had to look and see that the rotors and pads were replaced and of course they were. I live 2.5 hrs away from Edmonton but I will drive back to CJ Auto whenever I need any of my vehicles worked on. Give them a chance and I promise you that you will be a repeat customer. I normally do not leave reviews but I have to with this type of customer service.Thank you CJ Auto.

Called this shop last year to get my brake lines redone. Service is amazing, friendly, and fast! Came back for a tire swap, and have more service requirements already booked in. Very happy! Great job!

I sent my vehicle there for a check up and finally I have decided to not repair due to the cost they said. My vehicle was there for 4 days and after my wife went to bringing it with a towing truck.The towing truck driver was noticed that, catalytic converter is missing and informed it to my wife.When my wife went them and asked about it, they gave it to her and said, due to the higher amount of catalytic converter theft in Edmonton area, they have removed and kept secure. It is understandable. But why they have NOT informed to us before removing it from our non drivable vehicle?At least they should inform us at the time we were towing our vehicle from their shop. But they didn't.My wife was really scary with that experience with this place. :(

The mechanic name GURWINDER is so professional and very nice .I high recommend to visit this place if anyone want to get inspection of car

Worst experience. I wish I could give 0 ratings. We took our car there because it was showing all the warning signs and they told us that it will take one day to fix it. Because they needed to order the part so we said okay and we received a call from the lady saying that the part has been delivered and we can leave our car there. So we left the car there and than she told us that they will call us when it’s ready. We came back home and next day we haven’t received any call, so at the end of the day we called them to get an update and the receptionist said that it will take another day . Another day passed by and no phone call or update. We called again and this time we were told that they couldn’t fix the car and the mechanic has somehow worsen the issue and it’s not even starting up now. And they’ve sent it to the dealership . We asked if they sent it to the ford dealership they said yes it’s at the Koch ford . And we told them that we will call ford and ask about the situation than immediately the person said no no it’s at another autobody shop. This was so frustrating because it was the third day now and they didn’t even bother to call us to let us know what’s happening. They offered us a car for meanwhile but told us to put our number plate on it. When we told them that it is illegal they said everybody does that . So we refused that offer. The person was saying that he can’t fix the car so either we can take the car the way it is or we can sue him. Next day the person called again and told us that the towed our car and left it at the actual ford Koch location. And he said that he’s out of the mess now. It was almost 4 days of nothing and worsening our situation and car. The mechanic who was trying to fix our car had no idea what he was doing and they told us later that they never worked with a ford vehicle before. We were like omg you could’ve just told us earlier that you won’t be able to fix it and we have gone somewhere else. My husband drives Uber on that car so it was our way of earning and he was home for almost 2 weeks because of this situation.(the ford took another week, but was communicating with us)It was the worst experience ever. Please save your time by not going there.

I have a very good experience with CJ Auto. My car was involved in an accident and the insurance company gave me an upper limit to get it fixed. I got quotes from 10 different shops from different parts of the city and CJ auto was not only the lowest one, but also the manager was very professional and precise.I got my car yesterday after it was fixed at CJ Auto. The repair is excellent. Given, the low quote, I expected that I will get a modest repair, but this is not true. The repair was really EXCELLENT and the car looks like a new car. You cannot even tell that it has been involved in an accident.I am really satisfied with the service, the team and the price. You will not find a better service.

I like their service. They are a bit expensive than some of the places, I know. But I have peace of mind when I get my repairs done from CJ Auto. Nindy (the owner) is very friendly and straight forward. My recent visit was to get my fender redone and they not only matched the color to exactly the color of my vehicle but also gave me life time warranty of re matching if I feel the difference anytime in future.

Excellent prices and very satisfied with their work on my vehicle. The owner Nindy is always very helpful, patient and quick to find solutions for the issue in the hand. I'd highly recommend them.
