My experience with the shipping department I met the most rude person there. Be ware of the steps to the shipping department they have a pallet for the bottom step and the employees tell u they hope u fall and break your legs going down the stairs with the product they sold u. WOW

The service in the pick up area was fantastic, really seemed to know what they were doing. Doug was very professional.

This is a zero star place. Orders take forever .most of the time they tell you to come get it at a certain time but it’s never ready. If You go in the store prepare to wait for an hour even if line is only a few people. They have almost zero knowledge at the front desk. Never offer to assist in loading or carrying anything. Overall this place is an absolute joke for customer service. Green line… the problem is you must be way understaffed or employees not supervised enough to have good customer service and jobs done in timely manor. Nothing of witch you sell should be that delayed and by no means should you stand in a line for 30-50minutes before talking to someone when there is only a few people in the store (everytime)I will never recommend this place to anyone . So do what’s right and staff up or re staff. What a joke.

Best place for hose and fittings. They will custom make your hydraulic lines. Bring in your old line and they will have what it takes to make another. Tons of brass fittings and valves as well as pump fittings and hose. Pressure washer handles and propane fittings.

Had a specialty air line blow on us, we had the parts to repair it sent to us by the manufacturer and Green Line did the repair. These guys are awesome, don’t go anywhere else for any hose problems, whether it’s air, hydraulic or water!

Great place to go for hydraulic help!!! Recommend these guys and will be going there again!!
