Jeff was a lifesaver today. The carpet cleaning company I made an appointment with at the beginning of the month (ProGreen) did not return my message yesterday to confirm our appointment. I scrambled to look for a reliable carpet cleaner last minute. I called early morning and Jeff picked up. Our one bedroom apartment took less than 30 minutes to steam clean thoroughly, with a light clean scent. No heavy perfumes or harsh smells. 2 years worth of dirt completely gone. He is extremely friendly, professional with excellent communication.

Jeff saved the day! He was so quick to respond and came over within hours of notice. He did an amazing job of cleaning the messiest carpet from an accident of a nervous lil dog. I would 10/10 recommend his service and definitely will be using his service again. I could not thank him enough!!!

Jeff was very professional and everything was fast, but my landlord thought it was a bit of a pity that part of the bed was not cleaned. I may have some communication misunderstandings so that Jeff did not understand the requirements clearly. But overall an efficient cleanup! The stain was stubborn, but it looked better than before, so it wasn't Jeff's problem. Would recommend him to you!

I love this company! They do a great job and you won't be disappointed. I live in an old one bedroom apartment with no elevator and they took the job.They are fair and will answer your call! Very quick to get a quote and they were able to get the job done ASAP.Please give this company a call before you go with a different company.

I had an unfortunate accident and spilt red curry all over my apartment corridor’s carpet. This happened around 7:30 pm but luckily Carpeteer was nearby and within 10 minutes arrived at my place and helped me clean up the mess. If I left the stain any longer I don’t think it would come out. To my surprise, the carpet was completely spotless after. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
