Excellent staff, facilities and hot water for showers. Potable water is a bonus. Clean, organized and well maintained.

Great campsite. Spacious spots, fairly private. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Good hikes around.

A great park to explore!! We had so much fun and will be back again - propane fire pit is a life saver to bring along here as there are no fire pits or wood fires allowed at individual sites and not that many community pits available

Wow. This is the best Parks Canada facility in all of Canada. Everything operates i.e. the WiFi, laundromats,etc.. The camping sites are big and private ,for both tenting or trailers/motorhomes. The washrooms are large and with hot showers and very clean….. There are playgrounds for the kids. And the hiking trails start points are on the edge of the campground. You could easily spend 2 weeks here!

Hot showers, clean bathrooms, and very quiet in the off season. We did self check in , as we arrived after the office closed at 6 pm and left before 10 am. $25.25 for a night with electricity on site and potable water nearby. There is a blackwater dump on site that is well-equipped.Just 2.5 hours from St John's. Staff are always great. Playground and activities for kids during the summer season. I always enjoy taking the campground walk.The only downside is there are communal fire pits. Not a worry since it was a bit rainy during our stay. But campers can stay until late and it can be quite annoying if your site is near a fire pit and they are enjoying it, but you aren't. I guess the idea is to meet other campers at the fire. It might work that way, but during Covid it did not.

Amazing parks Canada campground. Large wooded sites, with full service (including sewage). Showers and bathrooms are heated and super clean!

This is a well maintained park with nice hot showers and clean bathrooms. We had this placed book to spend two nights in our roof top tent but after days of rain and dampness, we were able to take a break and stay in Parks Canada oTentik roof accommodation (thank you Lindsay for making this happened). Great staff, very pleasant and helpful. They also have a laundromat which helped us catch up on laundry and like all other Park Canada we have been to, a nice sheltered area with sinks and picnic tables inside. Thanks again Lindsay.
