Janet, Carolina, and Kayla helped me with two homes last year.When buying the Seattle Condo I moved into last week, Carolina was our perfect realtor resource. I spent over 2 months looking at properties and Carolina was always quick and cheerful to show homes and share her insight. I never felt pressured and felt always welcome to share my crazy[?] ideas, or get another showing from her. We had no idea what we wanted and looked at houses, townhomes and condos new and old, in a wide price range. For this last month of closing, Carolina was efficient in writing the offers and adjustments while we negotiated. She even got us an extra $693 HOA month from the seller in the last few days.In the beginning, we had the thought to try buying without our own agent. Now I understand how big of a mistake that would have been. An example is when I changed our lender last minute, away from the first ones she recommended to save 0.5% interest. Carolina just adjusted with no problem.Four months earlier, Janet helped me sell a house out in the country in Darrington, WA. It had 6 sellers listed, my brother and parents. We were considering accepting several lower offers and Janet found a full price buyer. Their bank appraisal required $20k of electrical, siding, painting, and more work. Janet found a creative solution getting both sides to contribute what was most efficient for each. It was this check that helped me afford the condo above with a 25% down payment, 20 year loan, and payment equivalent to rent, which is important to my personal financial goals.Kayla was copied on communications for both our sell and buy properties. She made sure questions and info were routed the the right resource, arranged calls, and answered herself when that made sense. Thanks Kayla!
