Was super excited to have a Shelby's wrap after a long time but was disappointed from this outlet. The biggest disappointment was: the chicken wasn't cut while making my wrap, it was already pre-cut.Food: Chicken was not cooked (refer photo). Could be violating the food safety instructions too. Ive had Shelby's at other places and can say that this one was missing flavours.Staff: Owner/partner of this outlet himself made the wrap for me. He was friendly and even suggested a couple items to try.Value for money: No, not for this outlet untill they get somethings straight. Otherwise, it still is a bit overpriced but could be good.

I ordered family box. Plenty of options in the box. Delicious and filling. My family was happy. Friendly staff. Restaurant has plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Only thing I would suggest is the beef to be cut in thinner way like the chicken. Overall happy customer :)

I came all the way from Ottawa to Hamilton to try the famous Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma. It was absolutely delicious!Fresh made-to-order bread, garlic sauce, chicken, fresh fries, pickles, pomegranate molasses and torching with hot sauce. Simply amazing!The management was super nice as well. Cleanliness was on point.Please come to Ottawa! We’re missing out on this legendary shawarma experience!!

One of the best shawarma i have tasted after leaving dubai. Must try. It tasted good with good filling. Tried the traditional shawarma whic was good and thr biriyani bowl was ok not up to mark. For shawarma they are the best.

Shawarma, it’s freshly cut so it’s not reheated and dry like other places. There are few extra spices that are not usually on shawarma. They also put French fries inside the wrap! Wrap is freshly baked to order. Ambiance is alright but service is slow. 2 staffs came out to check on the diners, one offered dates to break fast. There was a sign saying soft opening and service might be slow so I’ll give another try.

This shawarma is different than your usual Hamilton offering. The wraps have a softer bread, very similar in taste and texture to a West Indies style roti and less like a pita. This was the best part! The wrap is not too saucy but the meat is very moist itself. Highly recommended.Order: Legendary Large Chicken Shawarma, all toppings and sauces.The meat is very saucy and moist, not dry and chewy. I wouldn't call it juicy" because it's very sauced

Underwhelming. I went after seeing all the reels on social media. The saj bread was freshly baked. We took the shelbys shawarma. The wrap was not tight as the reels said. I felt the chicken was less and I didnt feel the fries at all. Also the sauce j felt was too liquidy. The shawarma was not bad per say but it as lacking. Ordering is a different experience as u can self order. That is something you don't see in a lot of shawarma shops. Vibe is good and they have good washrooms.

Try the Shawarma Biryani!!!! It's a dish like no other. Bursting with flavor, lots of toppings and packed with meat!! It's a fairly big portion, I had leftovers for the next day. It even comes with two mini samosas. We had also ordered the Bacon Halloumi Shawarma Wrap which was extremely flavorful.
