I like Ben he good guy. I'm not sure I if I order correctly but what was brought to me was amazing. Unfortunately when I go to take big photographs of my food camera fell in food. That my fault and my wife laugh at me. Licking the food off my phone was OK because the food was awesome

Firstly , we showed up 15 late on our booking and the Hostess was extremely accomodating in finding us a spot. Great first impression. Great layout / Seating. Looked very clean. Kudos**Service on the other hand was atrocious. ***Wrong plates delivered, replaced by the right plate 15mins later w/ uncooked pancake. We returned that and received a 3rd plate with no fruits, and bread was forgotten on one of our orders.No water served until we asked.Smoked Salmon bagel looked put together by a 3 year old.We are never going back.

Went at noon on a sunday. Waited a few minutes to sit and not a long wait like the other people are saying in the reviews. There are lots of great dishes!! Lots of choices. The avocado dish is freakin delicious. Amazing breakfast place. Until now, best in the east of laval!Went a second time and I went from 5 stars to 2 stars. Brought new people with me to try this restaurant that I thought was great, but it turned out to be the opposite. Ordered the same dish and it wasn't the same quality as the first time. Either they changed chefs or they don't keep the consistency and for this reason, they lost a client.

Food is decent. Can't really complain.Service is slow and a bit all over the place. Took a while to have our order taken. I was never offered water and had to ask for it myself. Didn't take tables orders in order of who came first (people that came in after us got served a fair bit before us)I don't really blame the waitress as it seems they may be a bit short staffed. She was atleast on point with the coffee refills to tide us over.

Terrible organization! We were 2 waiting outside for 15 mins and I could see at least 3 different tables of 2 that were empty. I left before going in and never again.

Unfortunately the quality of this breakfast spot isn’t what it used to be. Although the service was great and friendly the food was not good. Poached eggs were completely over cooked and in a soup of water and the sausages were under cooked. With all the great choices of breakfast spots in Montreal and Laval I probably won’t be coming back here.

Well, where do we start. First the service was one of the worse we ever had in a restaurant. We were a party of 4 and once we were sitted, we waited 30 minutes to see the waitress (Audrey) as she seemed to ignore us. We had to call her multiple times to ask her to take our order and then finally after the order was taken, we waited an other hour to get the food. Second the food was really awful, my eggs had a really strong vinegar aftertaste. The bowl of fruit we ordered was equally awful with strawberries that looked like they were older than me!There are too many breakfast and brunches spots available in Laval to bother with Ben & Florentine. They had their chances and they won't get my business anymore. Sorry.
