Wireless SOS

I recently upgraded my and my gf's phone with freedom mobile (iPhone 12pro). I tried to find some decent screen protectors and cases around in my area (Etobicoke) but most of the stores are closed due to COVID-19 or they just sell some basic cases that I don't like. My friend recommended me store Wireless SOS that is located around 15 minutes driving from my place. The customer service was super friendly and helpful, I was able to try a lot of cases (so end up buying few :) ). Also, I noticed that the screen protectors they sell are better quality than are sold in most places around the city (and prices are pretty much the same). I would definitely recommend this store and will be back with my next upgrade!

My phone died from water damage and would not turn back on, however after i went to this store and they fixed it with heat and now it works perfectly fine with no internal issues.I would recommend for technical issues to visit this store!

The worst place to buy cell phone accessories. The gentleman i dealt with is a cheat i bought a cell phone case that did not fit properly i told if I can replace with one that fits and told me to leave.Stay away!It's pretty pathetic that you as an owner will still offer 50% off my next purchase that to me shows no class Only ignorance You as an owner should of taking care of your poor customer service who represented you. And still your trying to cheat your own customer All you have to do is return the item back to vendor/supplier to get a reimbursement You obviously haven't been in the business for a long time no thank you And my review stands with Poor customer service at your facility and I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping there
